We collect your mobile phone number specifically to enable transactional SMS/text message communications for order confirmations, delivery updates, and account alerts.

 

- Dietary preferences and restrictions: food likes, dislikes, allergies, and plan selections (e.g., Paleo, Pescatarian, Gluten-Free) that you provide to customize your meals.

 

- Payment information: credit and debit card details processed through our payment processor (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Orders are processed through our ordering portal at orders.5squares.com. Your account and order data are stored as necessary to fulfill your subscription.

We partner with third-party SMS service providers to deliver transactional order confirmations, delivery status updates, and account alerts via text message. These providers receive your mobile phone number and limited order information solely for the purpose of sending these messages on our behalf. They are contractually required to safeguard your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Email marketing: Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us at info@5squares.com to be removed from our list. Transactional emails related to active orders are not subject to opt-out.

 

SMS/Text Messaging: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us, or by emailing info@5squares.com or calling 1-914-235-5565. After opting out, you will no longer receive non-transactional SMS messages. Transactional messages required to fulfill active orders or deliveries may continue until the order is complete. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact customer support.

 

Access and correction: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.

 

California residents: If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of sale.
