THE CUISINE

Our enticing, gourmet cuisine will be made up of three categories: proteins, starches (starchy carbohydrates), and vegetables (fibrous carbohydrates). The average daily calorie range for most women is 1100-1400 calories, and 1700-2000 for men.  You can customize your own range on our easy to use order form. 

By following the plan, you can easily change your weight, your body image, and your life! Eat more, eat clean; eliminate refined sugars and wheat, stay away from dairy, and eat all day long! Five square meals a day = more digestion = more efficiency in burning calories = more weight loss.

BREAKFAST: Gluten free French toast served with turkey bacon and sugar free syrup

SNACK: Fresh wild caught salmon salad served with celery sticks

LUNCH: Garlic chicken with zucchini wedges & sweet potato wedges

SNACK: Lentil salad with shallots, and minced turkey bacon

DINNER: Filet mignon with burnt broccoli & sautéed mushrooms

BREAKFAST: Paleo saute - sweet potato, turkey bacon and veggie sauté 

SNACK: Turkey burger with sliced tomato 

LUNCH: Chicken rollatini with zucchini, asparagus & roasted pepper over arugula

SNACK: Fresh fruit salad

DINNER: Filet mignon with burnt broccoli & sautéed mushrooms
