5Squares LLC ("5Squares," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at 5squares.com and the ordering portal at orders.5squares.com (collectively, "the Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Site or enrolling in our meal delivery program, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information You Provide Directly

• Account and order information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address when you sign up or place an order

• Dietary preferences and restrictions: food likes, dislikes, allergies, and plan selections (e.g., Paleo, Pescatarian, Gluten-Free) that you provide to customize your meals

• Payment information: credit and debit card details processed through our payment processor (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, by email, or by phone

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

Email Marketing

We use Klaviyo to manage our email list and send marketing communications. Klaviyo may collect data about how you interact with our emails (opens, clicks). Your email address is stored in Klaviyo as necessary to deliver communications you have requested or consented to receive.

Order Management

Orders are processed through our ordering portal at orders.5squares.com. Your account and order data are stored as necessary to fulfill your subscription.

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. These include:
